Fastest: delete in the app
Open Settings, choose the managed-service account, select Delete account, and complete recent email verification. This revokes active managed sessions without deleting local projects or your own provider keys.

Delete your Torah Translate account
You can request deletion even if you no longer have the app. Local projects do not require an account and are not uploaded merely because you create a managed-service account.
Cancel billing separately
Account deletion does not cancel a subscription held by Apple, Google, or Stripe. Cancel first in the applicable store subscription controls or Stripe Customer Portal to prevent future renewal charges.

Enter the verified email used for the managed account. We will send a six-digit code. The browser keeps the resulting short-lived access token in memory only and deletes it as soon as this page is closed or the request completes.

Managed access and sessions have stopped. Local projects and BYOK features remain available. Remember to cancel any active store subscription separately.

What is deleted
After identity verification, deletion immediately revokes account sessions, stops managed access, forfeits unused credits, removes replayable results, and irreversibly detaches the email identity. Temporary processor artifacts are removed by the retention workers on their documented schedule.
What may be retained
Minimal transaction, credit-ledger, refund, dispute, security, and audit records may be retained when required for accounting, law, fraud prevention, or chargebacks. Those records are restricted from ordinary product use and detached from the deleted identity where feasible. We will explain any exception that applies to your request.
What is outside the account
Projects and provider keys stored only on your device, user-controlled iCloud or Google Drive backups, exported files, merchant records controlled by Apple, Google, or Stripe, and copies of material already published or independently saved are not deleted by this backend account process. Remove local or backup copies using the device or cloud-storage controls that hold them.
