The iPhone and iPad app is available on the Apple App Store. Beta testers still help verify Android, macOS, corpus browsing, large PDF import, Reader PDF export, Word Lens, offline tools, and Global Library workflows.

iOS users can install from the App Store. For other testing, we email a confirmation when your request is received and a second message after review with the appropriate access instructions.

Request beta or tester access

Use this if you want pre-release builds, Android testing, macOS testing, library-station testing, or if you want to help test specific workflows. After submitting, check your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation. Most requests are reviewed within two days. No API keys, private scans, or sensitive files should be submitted here.

What to test

  • Create a project and add several pages or a short PDF.
  • Browse Mafteiach or Chabad Library corpus entries, preview a PDF, select pages, and import into a project.
  • Use Translate this page, selected pages, and whole-project batch translation.
  • Tap Hebrew, Yiddish, or Aramaic source words to test Word Lens context help.
  • Review source-linked footnotes, then export a full-project Reader PDF.
  • Try Reader Mode with system voices and local AI voice engines.
  • Install an update and confirm images, translations, tags, summaries, and backups survive.

Known beta notes

  • iPhone and iPad users can install the public iOS release from the App Store.
  • Testers provide their own Gemini, Claude, or OpenAI API key.
  • Gemini is the easiest starting point; use the Gemini API key guide if you need help creating a key in AI Studio.
  • Cloud translation is currently the recommended quality path.
  • Offline OCR, Sefaria, Local Gemma translation, corpus downloads, and local AI voices are still being hardened.
  • Word Lens uses local glossary/transliteration lookups first; optional AI explanations require a configured provider.
  • Global Library contributions are text-only and privately reviewed before publishing.
